Building and Grounds Association

The Buildings and Grounds Association, Inc was incorporated on June 23, 1986. The corporation is organized for literary, benevolent, charitable, and educational purposes, to encourage athletic exercise and to establish and maintain a place for reading rooms and social intercourse of its members; to purchase real estate to hold, own, mortgage, lease, rent and transfer said real estate for purposes aforesaid and for all other purposes incidental and necessary for carrying out the purposes aforesaid.
